I was born and raised on a small farm in Coarsegold, CA near Yosemite National Park. My mother gave birth to all three of us girls at home and later studied to become a midwife. Because of this, I grew up understanding that birth is beautiful and motherhood is to be cherished. 

I wanted to become a mother from a very young age, so I was ecstatic when I finally became pregnant with my son in 2022. I hoped for a home birth like my mother, but ended up with a somewhat challenging — though very quick — hospital birth. A couple years later, I went on to have my daughter,  again at the hospital, via induction.

These experiences have taught me many lessons, one of which being that birth can be beautiful in both home and hospital settings. I cherish being able to support mothers in whatever ways are best for them, and specialize in helping families navigate the challenges and joys that come with pregnancy, labor, delivery, and early parenthood.

I’m also equipped to serve families via insurance and Medi-Cal, so if you’re looking for Medi-Cal doula services I might just be the girl for you.
