Yoga Therapy for Postpartum Well-being – $525
These six 1-hour sessions will support you as you navigate your unique postpartum journey. The year after childbirth can bring a range of experiences from joy, gratitude and wonder, to overwhelm, exhaustion and depression. Mother’s often face significant physical and emotional challenges that are not addressed at the 6-week postpartum appointment. These challenges could include pain and discomfort from the demands of childbirth and parenting, symptoms related to pelvic floor function, emotional fluctuations and processing birth trauma, stress, a shift in personal identity and changes in your relationship with your partner. Addressing these challenges from a holistic and compassionate perspective is crucial for improving maternal well-being.
